摘　　要：目的 :优选羊脂油炙淫羊藿电烤工艺的最佳炮制条件。方法 :用正交设计法以淫羊藿药材的主要成分淫羊藿苷的含量为指标 ,对其羊脂油电烤工艺进行筛选。结果 :优选出最佳羊脂油炙淫羊藿电烤工艺 ,验证实验结果满意。结论 :各因素的影响程度为 :B>C>D>A,最佳工艺条件为 A2 B3C2 D3。综合实验结果淫羊藿羊脂油炙电烤工艺应定为 :取淫羊藿加10 %水润湿 ,30 %的羊脂油融化拌匀 ,烤箱预热到 110℃开始烤 4 0 min,取出 ,放凉。Objective:To optimize the processing condition of electric roasting Epimedium of goats fat.Methods:The technology of electric roasting Epimedium of goats fat by orthogonal whose guide line is the content of Epimedium.Results:The best condition of electric roasting of Epimedium of goats fat was acquired with a satisfactory result when it repeated.Conclusion:Affected degree of the factor is B>C>D>A, and the best condition is A 2B 3C 2D 3. The best condition of electric roasting of Epimedium of goats fat:Get Epimediue adding 10% water and 30% goats fat, then melt and mixure. When the temperature of electric oven reaches 110℃,begin to roast for 40 minutes. At last take it out, leave it cool.
