野拔子的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的 :分离鉴定香薷属植物野拔子Elsholtziarugulosa的化学成分 ,为该属植物的综合开发提供依据。方法 :乙醇提取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离 ,用IR ,NMR和MS等方法确定结构。结果 :分离并鉴定了 8种化合物 ,分别为二十烷 (eicosane ,Ⅰ ) ,三十六烷 (hexatriacontane,Ⅱ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (sitosterol,Ⅲ ) ,豆甾醇 (stigmasterol,Ⅳ ) ,山梨酸 (sorbicacid ,Ⅴ ) ,桦木酸 (betulinicacid ,Ⅵ ) ,7,4′ 二甲氧基山柰酚 (7,4′ dimethoxykaempferol,Ⅶ )和洋芹素 (apigenin ,Ⅷ )。其中 ,Ⅰ ,Ⅱ ,Ⅴ ,Ⅵ首次在该属植物中发现。Objective: To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents of the plant of Elshotzia rugulosa, and provide evidence for its development. Method: The compounds were separated with silica gel column chromatography and their structures were identified by IR, NMR, and MS spectral analysis and physico chemical property comparion. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as eicosane (Ⅰ), hexatriacontane (Ⅱ), β sitosterol (Ⅲ), stigmasterol (Ⅳ), sorbic acid (Ⅴ), betulinic acid (Ⅵ), 7,4′ dimethoxykaempferol (Ⅶ) and apigenin (Ⅷ). Among them, compoundsⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ were first found from the genus.
