摘　　要：目的 :研究舒安冲剂对动物多尿模型的影响。方法 :通过大鼠、猫的纯水多尿模型 ,安体舒通多尿模型、大鼠肾阳虚多尿模型等试验对舒安冲剂临床治疗多尿的药理作用进行了观察。结果 :舒安冲剂 10g·kg-1能明显减少纯水所致大鼠、猫的尿量增多 ,减少安体舒通、肾阳虚所致大鼠的尿量增多 ,抑制尿中钠离子的排出、促进尿钾离子的排出 ;能增加肾阳虚大鼠肾上腺的重量。结论 :该药对动物的多种多尿模型有明显的疗效。Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Shu An mixture on ruinous much urine models in animals Method:The pharmacological effects of Shu An mixture on much urine were observed by experimental animal models of much urine, which were made with pure water, Antisterone and the deficiency of Shen Yang in rats or cats Result: Dosage 10 g·kg -1 of Shu An mixture could not only reduce significantly urine capacity of rats and cats increased by pure water, Antisterone and the deficiency of Shen Yang, but also reduce the content of Natrium ion in urine and increase the content of Kalium ion in urine and the weight of adrenal glands of the deficiency of Shen Yang rats Conclusion: Shu An mixture has obvious effect on urinous much urine models in animals
