摘 要:用 30 0Gy60 Coγ射线辐照诱变水稻恢复系测 48、测 49、测 64和明恢 77的干种子 ,从M2代中选得 7株雄性不育突变株。遗传观察表明 ,他们分别为单基因隐性遗传 ,双列杂交测验结果分属于 4个不等位的雄性不育基因突变体 :测 64ms、明恢 77ms 1、明恢 77ms 2和测 48ms 1。g of dried seeds from each of rice restorer lines Ce48, Ce49, Ce64, and Minghui 77 were treated by 300Gy 60Co γ-irradiation. Seven male sterile plants were obtained from the M-2 population. Genetic observation indicated that the male sterility was controlled genetically by single recessive gene. Diallel crosses and test results showed that the seven mutants belong to 4 non-alleles which control the performance of male sterilities, they were mutants of Ce64ms, Minghui77ms-1, Minghui77ms-2 and Ce48ms-1.
