摘 要:在接种螺旋藻并富含NaHCO3的Zarrouk培养液中恒流输入CaCl2,观测Ca2+与培养液中的HCO-结合所产生的CaCO3对藻类生长及沉积的影响。试验表明,大于0.100mol/L的CaCl2浓度明显抑制甚至终止螺旋藻的生长;沉积物随CaCl2浓度升高而增加,但两者间非正比例关系,沉积量增加的最佳CaCl2浓度范围为0.001~0.100mol/L,当CaCl2浓度大于0.100mol/L时,沉积量虽有所增加,但增势趋缓;培养体系中悬液藻与沉积藻在CaCl2浓度0.037mol/L、钙盐比为0.0568时达到生长与沉积平衡,即悬液中和被沉积CaCO3埋藏的藻细胞生物量(干重)均为521mg/L(104mg/L·d);沉积藻对石油母质的贡献量为7.875kg/m3·a。A simulation experiment was conducted by using zurrouk medium contained rich NaHCO_3 as well as flow-adding CaCl_2 with fixed rate to culture Spirulina platensis(SP) and detected the effect of CaCO_3 (produced by the reaction of HCO^-_3 and Ca^(2+)) on SP's growth and deposit. The experiment results were as follows. The SP growth was inhibited and even stop when the concentration of CaCl_2 was over 0.100 mol/L.The amount of SP deposit increased with the increase of CaCl_2 concentration.The growth of SP deposit increased quickly when the range of optimum CaCl_2 concentration was from 0.001 mol/L to 0.100 mol/L.The amount of SP deposit also increased when the CaCl_2 concentration was over 0.100 mol/L,but the increase was very slow. Suspending SP and deposited SP reached balance and had the same amount of dry weight of both suspending SP and deposited SP was 521 mg/L when the CaCl_2 concentration and ratio of Ca^(2+) to total mineral were 0.037 mol/L and 0.0568, respectively.The contribution quantity of deposited SP to material in petrolic foundation was 7.875 kg/m^3·a.
