摘　　要：根据目前较为公认的精原干细胞理论,主要论述了生精上皮中精原细胞的分类,精原干细胞的定义、起源、分布、识别及其生物学特性。This article mainly focuses on subtypes of spermatogonia,functional and morphological definition,origin,identification,and biological characteristics of spermatogonial stem cell in terms of recently mainly recognized spermatogonial stem cell theory.
