摘  要:目的探讨溴氰菊酯 (deltamethrin)对小鼠的免疫损伤作用。方法取幼龄小鼠 ,分别给予溴氰菊酯0 .0 2 8、0 .2 81、0 .5 6 2mg/kg以及环磷酰胺 (cyclophosphamide) 2 5mg/kg灌胃染毒 ,连续 10天 ,然后分别测定小鼠免疫器官脏器系数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、外周血T淋巴细胞酸性α 醋酸萘酯酶 (acid α naphthaleneacetateesterase,ANAE)阳性率。结果溴氰菊酯染毒后 ,各实验组小鼠胸腺系数、脾脏系数均呈下降趋势 ,0 .5 6 2mg/kg组脾脏系数有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其他各实验组与阴性对照组均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,阳性对照组各指标均较阴性对照组有显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;0 .2 81和 0 .5 6 2mg/kg组巨噬细胞吞噬率有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1) ,0 .5 6 2mg/kg组巨噬细胞吞噬指数亦有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,阳性对照组上述两指标均较阴性对照组有显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;各实验组外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率呈下降趋势 ,但与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论高于0 .2ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of deltamethrin on immune system in mice. MethodsMice of childhood were fetched and challenged with deltamethrin 0.028, 0.281, 0.562 mg/kg and cyclophosphamide 25 mg/kg,orally for 10 days. The organ index of immune organ,macrophage phagocytic capacity and lymphocyte acid-α-naphthalene acetate esterase(ANAE) positive rate in lymphocyte of peripheral blood were measured. ResultsThe thymus index and spleen index tended to decrease, the spleen index in the 0.562 mg/kg treatment group was decreased significantly (P< 0.05), but no in the 0.028 and 0.281 mg/kg treatment group compared with the negative control group (P> 0.05), while the every index in the positive control group was significantly lower than that in the negative control group (P< 0.01). The macrophage phagocytic rate in the 0.281 and 0.562 mg/kg treatment group decreased significant compared with the negative control group (P< 0.05, P< 0.01), and the phagocytic index in the 0.562 mg/kg treatment group decreased significantly (P< 0.01), too. A significant drop of phagocytic rate and index was observed in the positive control group (P< 0.01). ANAE positive rate in lymphocytes of peripheral blood had a decreasing tendency in every treatment group, but no significant difference was observed compared with the negative control group (P> 0.05). ConclusionThe acute contamination of deltamethrin (above 0.281 mg/kg) may damnify mice's immune system.
