摘　　要：分析了光华水泥厂5号窑预分解系统存在的问题.详述了技术改造采取的具体措施,介绍了技改投资及经济效益情况,并就入窑物料分解率及窑台时产量提出了见解。The paper describes the problems happened on No.5 precalcining kiln in Guanghua Cement Plant, and introduces the practical measures carried out during technical modification, the investment needed as well as the economical benefits gained afterwards.The author also presents his own views on the rate of decomposition of raw meal fed to the kiln related to the throughput.
