摘　　要：以曹锟、吴佩孚为首的直系军阀,为确认和保护他们的利益,与其之前的各派军阀一样,又祭起了资产阶级民主共和的旗号,照例进行了一些点缀性的法制变革。《中华民国宪法》就是我国这一时期军阀文化精神的产物和集中体现。这些都从根本上阻碍了近代中国法制现代化的发展,导致近代中国宪政运动一波三折。The directly related warlords headed by Cao Kun and Wu Pei fu, like their former ones, held a flag of democracy and republic, doing some ornamental law reformation for their own interests. The Constitution of National China was the product of warlord cultural spirit in that period. All this hindered, from the base, the development of legal modernization in modern China and made the modern Chinese Constitutional Movement full of twists and turns.
