电力市场稳定性分析

摘　　要：电力市场利用市场机制的手段合理分配电力系统资源，其稳定性研究对于调节市场供需状况具有十分重要的意义。针对一类考虑阻塞条件的动态电力市场模型，该文给出了一系列充分条件来判断电力市场的稳定性。通过这些充分条件，电力市场的稳定性可以不通过计算或较少的符号计算得到，这使得判断电力市场稳定性更加方便且准确。此外，利用该文的理论结果还可以合理解释由Alvarado提出的电力市场不稳定模型，并且这些结果还为控制电力市场稳定性提供理论依据。Power market makes resources optimally allocating by market mechanism, of which the stability study is significant for regulating the supply and demand of power market. For a kind of dynamic power market models with congestion, this paper provides a series of sufficient conditions to determine the stability of power market. Under those sufficient conditions, the stability of market models can be obtained by less symbolic computation or even without computation. So power market stability can be determined more conveniently and accurately. In addition, the theoretical results in this paper can be used to reasonably explain the unstable phenomena of power market proposed by Alvarado, which also provide a theoretical basis to control the stability of power market.
