摘　　要：通过文献综述,对从新中国成立以来我国足球后备人才培养进行了阐述,对后备人才的培养机构及管理情况进行了分析和探讨,为展望中国足球未来发展提供理论依据和研究参考。While tracing the historical development in the training of reserve soccer talents in China since 1949, the authors divide it into several stages, each with its distinctive historical events and features. The paper also explores the functions of training organizations and the management of the soccer talents in reserve. The paper hereby provides a theoretical basis for the future development of Chinese soccer.
