摘  要:以放射免疫分析法和放射配基结合分析法观察了知母对甲亢模型β肾上腺素受体-cAMP系统的调节作用,结果表明,甲亢模型β受体-cAMP系统对β受体激动剂异丙肾上腺素的反应性显著增强,肾脏β受体最大结合容量也显著增加,知母能使两者降至近正常水平,但对β受体的亲和力无影响。此外,知母尚可降低甲亢模型的耗氧率,但不影响其血清T3和T4的水平黄皮叶氯仿提取物对小鼠因注射CCl4、扑热息痛、硫代乙酰胺所致的肝损伤均有明显保护作用,使SGPT降低,肝脏病理损害减轻,并能增强肝脏的解毒功能。从黄皮叶氯仿提取物中分离出的黄皮酰胺等9种单体除去甲基原黄皮酰胺外均有降SGTP作用。The pathological models of “Yin deficiency” syndrome were produced by injecting triiodothyronine into mice or rats.The peak value of plasma cAMP contents after a single subcutaneous dose of isoproterenol was measured with RIA as an index of the response of βAR cAMP system.The maximum binding capacity (R T) and affinity of kidney βAR were estimated by 3H DHA binding assay.It was found that both the elevated responsiveness of βAR cAMP system and the increased R T value of βAR induced by triiodothyronine were reduced to nomal level by Zhimu-one of the Yin tonics.The results,together with the similar results of other Yin tonics such as Radix Rehmannia and Plastrum Testudinis reported before,strongly suggest that the regulatory action on βAR cAMP system is closely related to the theropeutic effects of some Yin tonics.
