益气活血复方脂血康抗大鼠动脉内皮损伤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：脂血康能显著降低３６周高胆固醇膳食所致高脂血症动物血浆总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬｃ）和ＬＰＯ的水平，升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬｃ）的水平，增加血中ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ和ＳＯＤ的活性，防止血管内皮细胞损伤及平滑肌细胞的增殖和内迁。The effects of Zhi Xue Kang(ZXK) on the aortic endothelial cell injury in rats induced by feeding a hypercholesterol diet for 36 weeks were observed.The levels of plasma lipids,lipoproteins,lipid peroxidation(LPO),the activity of RBC superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) were measured in XCK group as well as in normal and hypercholesterolemia control groups.It has shown that the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLc) and LPO were lower significantly (P<0 01) while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLc),the activity of GSH Px and SOD were higher in rats given ZXK than the hypercholesterolemia control rats,P<0 005,0 05 and 0 01 respectively.Pathological examination confirmed that aortic endothelial cell injury,smooth muscle cell proliferation and migration occured in hypercholesterolemia rats when compared with normal rats,but these characteristic lesion involved in atherogenesis(AS) were less markedly in ZXK group.These results indicate that ZXK can prevent AS by means of its effects on lipoproteins and free radical metabolism.
