宫宁口服液治疗子宫肌瘤的实验研究

摘　　要：宫宁口服液能显著对抗外源性血浆雌二醇水平升高和已烯雌酚所致幼年小鼠子宫重量的增加。对于血瘀证家兔，可以显著降低其全血粘度，加快微血管血流速度，增加血流量，不同程度改善血液流态。宫宁口服液尚可以提高小鼠的ＮＫ细胞活性，增强免疫抑制状态下的小鼠的迟发型皮肤超敏反应。It was shown in the study that Gong Ning Oral Liquid has an antiestrogen action.The drug could markedly inhibit the increase of exogenous plasma estradiol level and uterus weight in young mice caused by estrostilben.As to rabbits in blood stasis syndrome,it could decrease whole blood viscosity,quicken capillary blood speed,increase blood flow and improve blood flow state remarkably.Gong Ning Oral Liquid could also enhance NK cell activity,increase the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction under immunosuppressive state and promote production of inhibition of serum hemolysin.
