凉膈散对家兔内毒素温病模型的解毒作用研究

摘　　要：本文用大肠杆菌内毒素复制家兔温病模型,观察凉膈散对该模型动物的解毒作用。结果表明,凉膈散可减少模型动物血浆内毒素含量,降低血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,减轻脏器组织病理损害,提示凉膈散可通过多途径发挥解毒作用。The Epidemic Febril Disease (EFD) model of rabbits was made by coli-endotoxin and the effection of toxin elimination of Liangge San was observed. The results showed that Liangge San had the functions on the model animals of decreasing the content of plasma endotoxin, the level of plasma Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-α), serum Lipid Peroxide (LPO) and increasing the activity of serum Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), reducing the pathological damagement of organs and tissues. All these indicated the effection of toxin elimimarion of Liangge San was achieved through multiple ways.
