加味八珍汤对环磷酰胺所致狗白细胞减少症的治疗作用

摘　　要：狗口服环磷酰胺5mg/kg连续5天,于第9天白细胞降至最低值,约为正常值的30%左右;而狗口服加味八珍后,其最低值约为正常值的45%左右,且白细胞<50%的持续时间明显缩短,表明加味八珍给药后可加快环磷酰胺所致造血损伤的恢复,加味八珍汤促进白细胞减少症恢复主要是增高中性粒细胞,尤其是中性粒细胞中的分叶核粒细胞。By using Jiawei Bazhen (JWBZ) to treat leukopenia which were induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy), the peripheral blood change was observed dynamically. The animals were randomized in 4 groups: Cy group, large dosage group (JWBZ 0.8g/Kg), small dosage group(JWBZ 0.2g/Kg) as well as positive control group (Qian Chao Shuang Zhi 0.025g/Kg). White blood cells and its distribution, red blood cells, platelet, heamoglobin, reticulocytes were examined. The results indicated that after Cy treatment (5mg/Kg for 5 dags), the white blood cells were seriously decreased, which were significantly different from those of using JWBZ groups, that it can condense the days of minimum period of WBC. JWBZ also can increase the number of monocytes, platelets and reticulocytes.
