茶皂甙的药理实验研究

摘　　要：茶皂甙(SaS)20mg/kg ip能明显增加小鼠心肌营养性血流量,40mg/kg作用增强。离体兔心实验表明,SaS有负性频率、增加冠脉流量和一定的正性肌力作用。SaS还能增加小鼠耐缺氧能力,轻度减少耗氧量。Using radionuclides Rb, we studied the effect of SaS on myocardium nutritional blood flow in mice. It was found that SaS at dose of 200mg/kg ip could increase mice's myocardiac nutritional blood flow. With 40mg/kg, the action was greater than that of SaS 20mg/kg. Experiment on the isolated hearts of rabbits revealed that SaS produced negative chronotropic and positive inotropic action, and increased coronary arterial flow simutaneously. In addition, we observed that SaS could prolong survial time of mice and slightly reduce the amount of oxygen consumption.
