榄香烯对肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3的抗肿瘤作用机理研究——Ⅰ.对小鼠NK细胞毒性、巨噬细胞活性及脾细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了榄香烯对小鼠移植性肿瘤的作用。结果表明:用榄香烯针剂腹腔给药组和瘤内注射给药组的实体瘤重均明显地比对照组轻。两种途径给药的实验组小鼠 NK 细胞对 Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3细胞的毒性较对照组增强,腹腔巨噬细胞对该瘤株的杀伤力亦较对照组显著增强。实验组小鼠由 ConA 诱导的脾细胞增殖率较对照组显著增强。上述结果提示榄香烯可能具有增强细胞免疫功能,从而抑制肿瘤生长的作用。In this paper,antitumor effect of elemene on tumor-bearing mice were studied.The results showed the tumor weight of elemene-treated groups(injection in abdomen and injection around tumor)were lighter than that of control groups,respectively.The activity of NK were significantly increased than that of control groups.The tumoricidal power of macrophage were significantly increased.The proliferation of spleen cells induced by ConA were more active than that of control group.These results suggest that elemene can increase the function of cellular immune,and as a result the growth of tumor is inhibited.
