逍遥舒心丹对小鼠探究冲突行为和记忆获得障碍的影响

摘　　要：探究冲突行为实验逍遥舒心丹2.6g/kg 和6.575g/kg,可使小鼠3分钟内遭受电击次数减少,并对抗东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍,表明逍遥舒心丹具有一定的抗焦虑和改善记忆获得障碍的作用。With method of exploratory conflict behavior,the number of footshocks taken during three minutes for mouse to move from a brightly lit open field into small surrounding dark chambers was recorded.Xiao Yao Shu Xing Dan decreased the number of footshocks at the dose of 1.04 gram per kilogram(2.6 gram crude drug per kilogram)and 2.36 gram per kilogram(6.575 gram crude drug per kilogram).With step down test, latent period of footshocks and number of footshocks during five minutes were observed in mice with impair- ment of acquisition of memory induced by scopolamine,Xiao Yao Shu Xin Dan prolonged the latent period and decreased the number significantly.The results suggest that Xiao Yao Shu Xin Dan have effects of anti-anxi- ety and improving imoairmet of acouisition of memory.
