摘　　要：烧伤护理是烧伤救治中的重要组成部分。我们针对烧伤患者,尤其是严重烧伤患者的病理生理的特点及病情的复杂性,从烧伤休克期护理、消化道并发症护理、呼吸道护理、烧伤病区消毒隔离和创面护理五个不同角度,作了系统的临床探索及部分实验研究,在此基础上,结合现代监护设备在烧伤护理中的应用,摸索了一套较为成熟的关于烧伤,特别是重症烧伤患者的临床监护方法及相关的基础理论。Burn nursing plays an important part in the treatment of burned patients. In the past 35 years, we have conducted a series of clinical researches on the nursing patients in the shock stage, the nursing of complications in the digestive tract, the nursing of the respiratory tract, the distinfection and isolation of burn wards, and the nursing of burned skin surface. On the basis of our researches and in the application of modern equipment of ICU, we have established some emergency care methods and therapies for burned patients, expecially severely burned patients.
