摘　　要：文章介绍了CD240型翻板循环式热风烘蛹机的烘蛹工艺研究、设计依据和机械结构的特点。通过缫丝厂生产使用表明该机运行正常,蚕蛹烘燥质量好,节能效果显著,经济效益明显。该机的研制成功,填补了我国制丝业副产品干燥设备的一项空白,为实现我国制丝业副产品干燥作业连续化、自动化创造了有利条件。This article presents the drying process, design principle and structural feature of the Chrysalis-Drying Machine CD 240. Its application in silk reeling mills shows that the machine ensures normal operation, good quality of dryed chrysalis, prominent energy saving effects and ideal economic gains. This success fills up a gap in by-product drying in silk reeling industry and lays down a sound foundation for a continuous and automatic drying process.
