摘 要:目的 为探索提高库血内型肝炎病毒(HCV)的检出率。方法 采用逆转录套式聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术,检测4 530份抗-HCV阴性的库血HCV-RNA。结果 4 530份库血中HCV-RNA阳性55份,阳性率1.21%,其中个体献血者血液2 110份,HCV-RNA阳性40份,阳性率1.90%;无偿献血者血液 2 420份,HCV-RNA阳性 15份,阳性率0.62%。结论RT-PCR可用于检测库血HCV-RNA,以减少因输血造成HCV感染。Objective To study on improvement of detection rate of hepatitis C virus in banked blood. Methods Nested reverse transcriptional-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect HCV-RNA in 4 530 shares of banked blood in which anti-HCV was negative. Results There were 55 shares of positive HCV-RNA in 4 530 with the positive rate of 1. 21%. Among them, there were 40 shares of positive HCV-RNA in 2 110 individual blood donors with the positive rate of 1. 90% ,and 15 shares of positive 1-IC V-RNA in 2 420 volunteering blood donors with the positive rate of 0. 62%. Conclusions RT-PCR can be used to detect HCV-RNA in banked blood to reduce HCV infection because of blood transfusion.
