二步法病毒灭活的凝血因子Ⅷ浓缩剂临床疗效及药动学观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨二步法病毒灭活的凝血因子 浓缩剂临床疗效和药动学特点。　方法　选择 1 0例重型血友病患者一次性输注 60 0单位新型因子 浓缩剂 ,观察其安全性、回收率和生物半衰期。　结果　该制剂有较好的安全性。回收率平均为 93 .5 2 %± 5 1 .5 0 % ,生物半衰期为 3～ 9小时 ,每单位 /公斤体重因子 浓缩物血浆 ∶ C实际提高水平平均为2 .3 3 %± 1 .2 7%。　结论　本次研究发现采用二步法病毒灭活的新型因子 浓缩物 (海莫莱士 )有较好的安全性和较高的生物利用度 ,该病毒灭活方法对浓缩物中的因子Objective To study the effects and pharmacokinetics of coagulation factor Ⅷ concentrates of two step inactivation of viruses. Methods The safety, recovery rate and biological half life time were investigated in 10 patients with severe hemophilia A after intravenous infusion 600 units of the factor Ⅷ concentrates. Results Recovery rate of factor Ⅷ∶C was 93 52%±51 50%,the biological half life time was 3～9 hours,1 unit factor Ⅷ concentrate per body weight(kg) can increase 2 33%±1 27% factor Ⅷ∶C of patients.No side effect was found. Conclusion This kind of factor Ⅷ concentrate showed better biological utilization. There was not significant change of the factor Ⅷ coagulative activity of the concentrate by two step inactivation of viruses.
