摘　　要：针对夏茧解舒率低的问题,经试验筛选出触蒸过程中能提高解舒率的药剂H_2SO_3;并通过正交试验选出了最佳的触蒸温度、时间、H_2SO_3药液配比及煮茧工艺,小组试缫和实缫生产证实了其效果。Through experiments, the chemical agent H_2SO_3 capable of enhancing the reelability in cocoon direct steaming is sorted out, with optimum direct-steaming temperature, duration, H_2SO_3 proportion and cocoon cooking process determined by orthogonal experiments. Trial and actual feelings prove its effectiveness.
