甘糖酯与脂必妥治疗高脂血症并高粘血症的疗效比较

摘　　要：为观察甘糖酯降低血脂和血粘度的临床疗效,156例住院患者随机分为两组,服甘糖酯者90例为治疗组,服脂必妥者66例为对照组。服药前分别查血脂4项指标即:胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL),以及血粘6项指标即:全血粘度高切值(η_h)、全血粘度低切值(η_l)、血浆粘度(η_p)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、红细胞压积(HCT)和纤维蛋白原(Fib)。服药1mo后,分别复查上述各项指标,两组进行对比。结果显示,治疗组TC、TG和LDL3项指标较对照组显著降低,HDL则显著升高(P值均小于0.01);同时,治疗组6项血粘指标较对照组都显著降低(P值均小于0.01)。观察疗效表明,甘糖酯治疗高脂血症并高血粘症的疗效明显优于脂必妥。To investigate the clinical effect of PGMS on the reduction of blood lipids and blood viscosity, 156 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases taking PGMS being the treated group,and 66 cases received ZhiBiTuo,the control group. The 4 indices of blood lipids:total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL) and low density lipoprtein (LDL) ,and 6 indices of blood viscosity-.whole blood viscosity at high shear (n), whole blood viscosity at low shear (T)h ), plasma viscosity (T)P ), erythrocyte rigidity index(IR) ,hematocrit(HCT) and fibrinogen(Fib) were determined before taking the two drugs. The above indices were determined again after taking the two drugs for 1 month. The results indicated that the values of 3 indices (TD,TG,LDL) in the treated group was reduced more significantly than those of the control group (,P<0. 01). However,the HDL level was markedly increased in the treated group (P<0. 01). Meanwhile,the 6 indices of blood viscosity in the treated group were markedly increased, comparing to those of the control group (P<0. 01). It was shown that the effects of PGMS on hyperlipemia and high blood viscosity were much better than those of ZhiBiTuo.
