摘　　要：目的：提高针麻在开颅手术中的成功率。方法：调整针刺穴位及辅助用药等。结果：55例前颅窝及颞顶枕区针麻开颅手术的成功率达100％。结论：针刺麻醉具有独特的优点，可以作为开颅手术的有效麻醉方法之一，值得大力推广、应用。objective: To improve the success rate of acupuncture anesthesia in craniocerebral operations.Methods: Adjusting acupoints and adjuvants were used. Result: 100% of success rate was achieved in 55 cases ofcerebral lesion in front fossa and temporo-parieto-occipital region by the wa y of new methhods. Conclusion:Acupuncture anesthesia has distinctive advantage and should be widely used as one of the usual methods of anesthesia in craniocerebral operations.
