宁A不育系选育及宁优64的研究利用

摘　　要：用青紫不育系（ 珍白Ａ／紫色稻）与宁Ｂ［军协／／（ＩＲ２２／竹叶青）／／／（珍珠矮／温选育）／／（温选１０号／包胎矮）］ 杂交，并以宁Ｂ为轮回亲本回交转育的宁Ａ不育系，属早籼感温类型，生育期适中，株型较紧凑，开花习性好，米质优、抗稻瘟病。以宁Ａ为母本配制的组合宁优６４优势强，适应性广，是一个高产、抗病、米质优的早、晚兼用型杂交稻新组合，也适应于高海拔山区作单晚种植。MS line Ning A was developed by crossing sterile line Qingzi (Zhen-Bai A/purple rice ) with Ning B [ Jun-Xie// (IR22/Zhu-Ye-Qing ) /// (Zhen-Zhu-Ai/Wen-Xuan-Qing ) // (WenXuan 10/Bao-Tai-Ai) ] and making backcrosses to Ning B (as recutrent parent). MS line Ning A belongs to thermosensitive and early maturing indica type. It possesses moderate growth duration, compact plant type, good flowering habits, better grain quality and strong resistarce to blast, Ning-You 64 developed with Ning A as female parent is a new cross combination with strong heterosis, wide adaptability, high yield potential, disease resistance and good grain quality.It can be planted as early or late season crop in the double-cropping rice area, or as a single late season crop in the mountainous region with high elevation.
