经膈肋窦胸膜开窗术治疗肝右叶脓肿

摘　　要：本文介绍一种新的手术方法——经肋膈窦行胸膜开窗术治疗肝右叶脓肿。五例肝右叶腺肿患者曾入院经本法手术治疗,获得良好效果。本术的主要手术步骤包括用缝合肠肌与肋膈窦下部分隔肌与肝脏的方法,使右侧膈肋窦粘连、固定,使之与胸、腹腔隔离开来。当行胸膜开窗术以行肝右叶脓肿引流与碘仿纱布填塞压迫时,可取得无感染扩散、无出血及无阻塞的疗效。A new operative method for the right lobe abscess of the liver is introduced in this paper,Five patients with right lobe abscess of the liver were admitted. They received the operation and gained benefit from it. The main procedures consist of fixation of the right phreni-costal sinus by suturing the diaphragm and the lower part of the phreni-costal sinus pleura togather, isolation of the thoracic cavity from abdomen cavity, when drainaging and iodoform gauge packing was made, no infectious spreading, or bleeding, or obstraction occured.
