高效液相色谱法测定利凡诺含量

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定利凡诺,利凡诺作为中间引产药物。实验表明,其线性关系、精密度、回收率均符合要求。该法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高的特点。可作为利凡诺检测的有效手段。This paper reports quantitative analysis of Rivano- lum by HPLC. Rivanolum have been used in the medication of induced aborti-on,The result of the experiment showed that the linearity of stan-dard curve,preoision and recovery were satisfact ory,This method have characters of simple operation,rapid,high sensitivity,etc,lt can be used as an effective method to determine rivanolum.
