冠心病左房内径增大临床分析

摘　　要：分析1986年6月至1987年12月住院的冠心病人176例。B超检查左房内径增大组52例,左房内径正常组124例。结果显示左房增大组室壁运动异常、左室内径增大、心功能不全、房颤、PTFV_1异常的发生率明显高于左房内径正常组。说明冠心病左房内径增大有发生房颤、心功能不全的可能,结合PTFV_1负值可对冠心病人的预后、治疗等作出估测。One hundred and seventy-six cases of coronary heart disease were studied through B-echocardiography, 52 of them had enlarged left atrial diameter, 124 had the nomorl one. The result shows obviously that there are higher rate of occurence of abnor- mal ventricular wall motion, enlarged left ventricular diameter,ca- rdiac insufficiency, atrial fibrillation and hyperten sion and nega- tive value of PTF_(v1) in the first group,This suggests that the enlar- ged left atrial diameter and negative PTF_(v1) are of certain clinical significance for discovering cardiac insufficiency early, guiding the treatment and predicting prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
