贵州腔蚓属蚯蚓一新种(单向蚓目:巨蚓科)  

NOTES ON A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS METAPHIRE FROM GUIZHOU PROVINCE, CHINA (HAPLOTAXIDA: MEGASCOLECIDAE)

摘　　要：本文报道1984年8月采于贵州省绥阳县宽阔水自然保护区内太阳山的腔蚓属蚯蚓一新种——聚腺腔蚓Metaphire coaceruata.作者对该新种的外部形态及内部解剖特征作了详细描述。并与其近似种Pheretima tecta Chen 1946进行了比较,模式标本保存于贵州科学院生物研究所。In the present paper, a new species of the genus Metaphire is described. Metaphire coacervata sp. nov. (Figs. 1—5) Length 75—76mm, diameter 2.5—3.0mm, segments 91—103. Prostomium 2/3 epilobous. First dorsal pore in 11/12. Clitellum in ⅩⅣ—ⅩⅥ, without setae on it. Setae all fine, their numbers: 27—28/Ⅲ, 31—33/Ⅴ, 40—46/Ⅷ, 44—45/ⅩⅩ, 47—49/ⅩⅩⅤ ; 24—25 (Ⅷ) between spermathecal pores; 9—11 (ⅩⅧ) between male pores. Male pores situated in small and shallow copulatory chambers that are on the ventro-lateral sides of ⅩⅧ. About 1/3 of circumference ventrally apart. The copulatory chambers aperture appear as a vertical slit with a large wrinkle of skin on the lateral side of the chambers, which cover the apertures. Wide gland area around the copulatory chamber extends anteriorly to 1/2 ⅩⅦ and posteriorly to 1/2 ⅩⅨ. There is no genital papilla in or out of the chambers. Female pore single, on usual position. Spermathecal pores one pair, in 7/8, about 5/9 of circumference ventrally apart. There are two large gland areas on the ventral sides of Ⅷ and Ⅸ. Septa 8/9 and 9/10 present, very thin. Caeca simple. Testis sacs small, 1 st pair united in 'Ⅴ' shape, those in Ⅻ united broadly. Seminal vesicles in Ⅺ and Ⅻ, developed, their dorsal lobes conspicuous. Prostate glands well developed, in ⅩⅥ—ⅩⅪ. Accessory glands well developed, in the ventral side to the prostate glands. Spermathecal ampulla oblate or heart shaped, about 2. 5mm long and 2.0mm wide, its wall thin. The ampulla duct thick and long and there is no membrance around it. Diverticulum is shorter than main punch and twisted in zigzag fashion or wave shaped. Seminal chamber long—round, rather small. Accessory glands in ventral sides of Ⅷ. and Ⅸ, well developed. Holotype: GZ—Z00016B_1, 75 mm long, 3.0 mm wide, 103 segments. Setae numbers: 28/Ⅲ, 32/Ⅴ, 40/Ⅷ, 44/ⅩⅩ, 49/ⅩⅩⅤ ; 24 (Ⅷ) between sperma
