两种方法检测猕猴B病毒抗体的初步探讨

摘　　要：用 ＢＶ ＤＩＡｄｏｔ Ｋｉｔ和ＢＶ ＥｌＡ抗原片对本中心 １００份经ＨＳＶ－１抗原片检测为阳性，１５０份ＨＳＶ－１抗体阴性的食蟹猴血清进行Ｂ病毒抗体检测。结果发现， ＢＶ ＤＩＡｄｏｔ Ｋｉｔ对１５０份阴性血清的阳性检测出率为８．７％，而ＢＶ ＥＩＡ的阳性检测率为１８．０％，二者的符合率９０．７％。后者阳性检测率明显高于前者。用上述两种方法对１００份ＨＳＶ－１抗体阳性血清（＋～＋＋）进行检测发现 ＢＶ ＤＩＡｄｏｔ ｋｉｔ和ＢＶ ＥＩＡ的阳性检出率均为１００％。后者价格低廉且对ＨＳＶ－１抗体阴性血清的阳性检出率较高，值得在国内猕猴生产和出口单位大力推广。HSV-1 antibody negative sera and 100 HSV-l antibody positive sera of cynomolgus monkey were tested by BV DIAdot Kit and BV EIA manufactured by Laboratory Animal Center of Academy of Military Medical Science. The test results of 150 HSV-l antibody negative sera showed that the positive rate tested by DIAdot Kit was 8.7% and by BV EIA 18.0%, and the consistency between the two methods was 90.7%. The positive rates tested by both DIAdot Kit and BV EIA were 100% in the 100 HSV-1 antibody positive sera. In comparison with DIAdot kit, BVEIA is cheaper and higher sensitivity for detection of HSV-1 antibody negative sera, which would favour its practical use.
