摘　　要：尿潴留是泌尿外科疾病的常见症状，也是外科手术及产后的并发症。作者复习有关文献结合自己的临床体会，分析和总结了尿潴留的常见原因及处理方法，并从预防角度提出了相应的处理措施。Dysuria is the most commonly seen causes of urinary retention in clinic. The urinary retention patients are very afraid of it. The author reviewed the related literature combined with clinical experience,and investigated the common cause and management of urinary retention, and brought forward corresponding preventing measures to avoid urinary retention and reduce patient's suffering.
