摘　　要：老年冠心病人随着社会的老龄化而不断增加 ,这是一组有着特殊临床病理生理的人群 ,在选择介入治疗时应当充分考虑年龄、合并的慢性疾病、心功能状态、病变局部的解剖以及能否进行完全性血运重建等因素。老年冠心病人的介入治疗同样可以获得理想的成功率。严格的病例选择标准是减少术后并发症的关键。Coronary heart disease (CHD) in the elderly is increasing recently with the coming of the aged society.The aged patients with CHD are such kind of patients with special clinical and pathophysiological characters.When the interventional therapy is selected for this kind of patients,the following factors should be considered: age,chronic diseases,cardiac function,the anatomy of local area with artery lesion and the possibility of complete revascularization.The interventional therapy can also get the satisfactory results in the aged patients with CHD.The key problem for reducing the post-operative complications is to establish a strict criterion for selecting patients.
