对自愿戒毒病区实施全封闭管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：针对自愿戒毒患者这一特殊群体，总结出一套在自愿戒毒病区实施全封闭管理的模式。认为制定各种规章制度，杜绝毒品，净化环境，注重科学管理，做好心理护理，确保自愿戒毒者在良好的医疗环境中顺利地摆脱毒品，是作好此类患者护理管理的关键。2 500 drug abusers have received treatment voluntarily in our drug therapeutic ward since 1994 when it was founded. Most clients have had long history of drug abuse and developed drug dependence. They presented with withdrawal syndromes when they were put on therapy. Furthermore,they displayed distorted personality and behavior. In view of this,we adopt a closed pattern in the management of the volunteer drug therapeutic ward by establishing rules and regulations,putting an end to drug abuse,purifying the environment,employing scientific management and making greater efforts in psychological nursing to ensure an appropriate medical environment for the clients to be away from drugs and receive drug therapy successfully.
