摘　　要：给出一种参数估计与假设检验的最小二乘估计──相关系数检验方法，由该方法所得到的失效分布参数估计值在一定条件下可以是最佳线性无偏估计 (BLUE)，对各种失效分布进行拟合检验时，该方法由于用相关系数值的高低来评价拟合的准确程度，便于判断分布拟合的优劣，从而可以使拟合检验实现一定意义下的最优化。A least square estimating and related coefficient testing method of parameter estimation and supposition test is discussed in this paper .The parameter estimation values of failure distributions got by this method can be the best linear unbiased estimation(BLUE) on some conditions.And when fitting tests are carried on for all kinds of failure distributions,this kind of method is convenient to decide good or bad of distribution fitting and accomplish optimum under given meanings for fitting test,because it evaluates the accurate degree of fitting with high or low of related coefficient values.
