摘  要:本文采用低温等离子体辐照处理,使PVC塑料表层交联,以形成阻挡增塑剂迁移的薄层。实验结果发现,经处理的PVC抗迁移能力提高6~7倍。采用透射电镜和电子能谱等,对辐照后形成的交联层厚度及交联程度进行了研究,并用全反射红外光谱考察了PVC表面结构的变化。In order to form a crosslinked plasticizer antimigration thin film on SPVC surface, it was treated (irradiated) by plasma under low temperature. It was found that the antimigration ability of the treated SPVC (irradiated sample) was increased by 6-7 times. The thickness of crosslinked layer formed after irradiation and the degree of crosslinking were investigated by electron microscope and ESCA.Furthermore, the changes of surface structure were examined by infra-red (completely reflected) spectra.
