摘　　要：目的：探讨非铁摄入不足的成人缺铁性贫血（ＩＤＡ）的病因。方法：对１３２例ＩＤＡ患者通过询问病史、常规检查、纤维内镜和影像学检查明确病因。结果：消化道疾病占所有 ＩＤＡ的 ６１．３６％，其中肿瘤占 ３８．６３％，＜４０岁的女性患者主要与月经过多有关。结论：消化道疾病是非铁摄入不足的成人 ＩＤＡ的重要因素，≥４０岁患者应警惕肿瘤的可能，伴有月经过多者应注意有无子宫肌瘤，病因诊断不明者应加强随访。Objective: To investigate the etiology of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) with non-iron-up-taking-deficiency adults. Methods: The etiology in 132 patients with IDA were determined by inquiring the case history, routine examination and fiberscopic or image examination. Results: Of all the IDA patients, 61. 36% were diseases of the digestive system; among them 38. 63% were tumors. The females who were <40 years old were mainly associated with menorrhagia. Conclusion: the diseases of digestive system are the important factors of this kind of anemia. Patients ≥40 years old should be careful of potential tumors. Female patients who are menorrhagia should be careful of hysteromyoma. Patients whose etiology is unknown requires to be followed up.
