摘  要:目的 用辣根过氧化酶 (HRP)逆行追踪技术探讨异种神经移植后神经纤维的再生。方法 将多次冻融处理后的兔胫神经移植于大鼠坐骨神经 ,术后第 2、4、6、8和 10周 ,将HRP注入大鼠坐骨神经吻合部远侧端。结果 移植术后第 4周起在L4~ 5脊神经节见到HRP标记细胞 ,从第 6周在腰段脊髓前角内见到标记细胞 ,其数量随术后存活期延长而增多。术后 4周在移植神经内见少量再生神经纤维 ,6周后再生神经纤维穿过异种移植神经进入大鼠坐骨神经远侧端。结论 自移植术后 4周起 ,移植神经内已有再生纤维并部分恢复了轴浆流 。Objective To study the nerve fiber regeneration after heterograft with HRP retrograde tracing. Methods The tibial nerve of rabbit treated by repeated freezing and thawing for many times was grafted to rat sciatic nerve. At 2, 4, 6, 8 adn 10 weeks after grafting, HRP was injected into rat sciatic nerve distal. Results HRP labelled neurons were found in L 4~5 spinal ganglia at 4 weeks after grafting and also in anterior horn of the spinal cord at six. The number of the labelled neurons increased with prolonged survival time. A few regenerated nerve fibers were seen in the grafting nerve at 4 weeks and they passed through grafting nerve into distal part of the rat sciatic nerve at 6 weeks. Conclusions There were regenerated nerve fibers in grafting nerve and axoplasm flow of regenerated nerve fibers was recovered at 4. The present work proved that regeneration of the nerve fibers can be reflected by HRP.
