摘　　要：体育彩票作为一种特殊的经济手段，通过向社会筹集资金来支持社会的公益事业。10多年来我国的体育彩票收入成功地支持《奥运争光计划》、《全民健身计划》的发展，增强了体育事业发展的动力, 体现了我国体育彩票“取之于民，用之于民”的宗旨。我国体育彩票市场的发展是巨大的，但它更需要建立完善的公?平公正、规范有序的法制化管理体系。The physical culture lottery ticket is a special economical way, which can support the social public welfare cause. The income of our country's physical culture lottery ticket has supported the plan of winning honor for Olympic Games and the plan of the whole people's body-building successfully for 10 years, increasing the development of the physical culture and showing the aim of what is taken from the people is used in the interests of the people. The market of our country's physical culture lottery ticket is very large, but it needs to build a fair, standard and legal system.
