摘 要:本文基于焊接空心球节点单层网壳结构的构造特点,给出了一种不增加总自由度数的考虑焊接空心球节点影响的单层网壳结构几何非线性有限元分析方法。与普通的单层网壳结构几何非线性空间梁单元法相比,该方法在每一荷载增量步中增加了焊接空心球节点对结构受力影响的近似计算过程。该过程包括球节点上不平衡力的计算、分配及修正位移增量计算,而修正位移增量计算采用的是本增量步的切线刚度矩阵,因此实际增加的计算量并不大。Abstract This paper presents a geometrically nonlinear FEM with less degrees of freedom, of single layer reticulated shells when the effects of welded hollow spherical hodes are considered. The simplification is based on the speciality of the structures. Compared with common geometrically nonlinear FEM (3 D beam elements), this method adds the approximate analysis of the effects of welded hollow spherical nodes on the shell in each load increment step. And the result is more near to the real nonlinear FEM solution of the structure with no defects. The approximate analysis of the effects includes the calculation of the generalized unbalanced force vector on the welded hollow spherical nodes, distribution of the generalized unbalanced force vector and modification of incremental generalized displacement vector. When modifying incremental generalized displacement vector in each load increment step, the tangent stiffness matrix is not updated. Thus the additional work of calculation is less in the method.
