摘  要:本研究以羔羊卵巢母细胞为材料,把体外受精技术应用到绒山羊育种工作中,观察了羔羊体外受精卵的体外发育及移植产羔的效果,以便探讨通过体外受精技术缩短绒山羊育种周期的技术途径。对406 枚羔羊体外受精卵用M199 + hcG、M199 + LH 和M199 + hcG+ EGF三种培养基进行体外发育培养。结果是,2~4 细胞期胚的发育率平均分别为40-0 % 、43-6 % 和49-6 % ;桑椹胚和囊胚的发育率平均分别为17-5 % 、15-8 % 和18-8 % 。将49 枚F1 代羔羊2~8 细胞期胚移植给31 只受体母羊,结果有11 只妊娠(35-5 % ) 并产羔12 只(F2 代) ;将24 枚F2 代羔羊2~4 细胞期胚移植给15 只受体母羊,结果有2 只妊娠(13-3 % ) 并产F3 代羔羊2 只。The kid's oocytes were fertilized in vitro, and the in vitro development of IVF embryos and the kidding after embryo transfer were observed. The purpose is to get a methad for shortening the breeding duration of cashmere goat. Four hundred and six kid's fertilized oocytes were cultured in M199+hcG, M199+LH and M199+hcG+EGF respectively, the percentage of 2-4 cell sell stage embryos were 40.0%, 43.6% and 49.6%, the percentage of morule and blastocysts were 17.5%、15.8% and 18.8%, respectively. Forty nine 2-8 cell stage embryos obtained from F1 kids were transferred to 31 recipients, the pregnant rate was 35.5% (11/31) and 12 F2 kids were delivered. Twenty four 2-4 cell stage embryos abtained from F2 kids were transferred to 15 recipients, two recipients were pregnant (13.3%) and 2 F3 kids were delivered.
