摘　　要：本文记述了目前已克隆的１０５个昆虫细胞色素Ｐ４５０基因ｃＤＮＡ 和片段，它们分属ＣＹＰ４、ＣＹＰ６、ＣＹＰ９、ＣＹＰ１２、ＣＹＰ１８和ＣＹＰ２８等６个家族；同时，综述和分析了克隆这些基因、ｃＤＮＡ和片段所采用的策略及其优缺点。This paper provides a list of 105 insect cytochrome P450 genes, cDNAs and fragments which have been characterized up to now. These genes fall into 6 families of P450 superfamily,i.e.,CYP4,CYP6,CYP9,CYP12,CYP18 and CYP28.The cloning strategies which have already been used in characterizing the above P450 genes and their merits and demerits were also reviewed and discussed.
