优化高龄老人生活质量─—附高龄前列腺术后并发症护理对策

摘　　要：随着人类寿命的延长，外科手术对象的年龄限制也逐渐放宽。但增龄后各器官功能的衰退及多种慢性合并症的存在，给高龄老人术后的康复造成潜在的危机，依据世界卫生组织近期对老年人概念的界定，60～74岁之间的老人称为年青老人，75岁以上老人称为高龄老人。笔者结合目前临床高龄老人前列腺手术治疗比例逐渐增高现象，对两组老人进行术前合并症和术后并发症的调查，采取有效的护理对策：（1）给予必需的心理诱导；（2）做好充分的术前准备；（3）加强心功能的监护；（4）保持良好的通气功能；（5）合理的三腔气囊导尿管的护理；（6）提供科学的康复指导加速了术后恢复，从而真正达到提高高龄老人生活质量的目的。Nursing interventions for postoperative complictations were studied in aged patients with prostatomegaly,who were classified into two age groups, 60~74 age group and >75 age group. Some nursing interventions were taken and proved to be effective. (1)Necessary psychological advice should be given; (2)Preoperative preparation should be well made; (3)Monitoring of cardiac function should be strengthened; (4) Good ventilation should be maintained; (5) Proper nursing for three cava balloon urinary catheter should be given; (6)Advice on scientific rehabilitation should be provided. The results showed that these nursing interventions for postoperative complications in aged patients with prostatornegaly were helpful.
