摘　　要：目的探讨足趾移植再选手指的护理方法。方法回顾总结494例561指足趾移植再造手指患者的护理经验。结果足趾移植全部成功，随访再造指功能良好。结论患者良好的心理状态，供、受区皮肤血管的精心准备，及时发现与处理血管危象，进行有效的功能训练是足趾移植再造手指成功的关键。Objective: To study nursing interventions for reconstructed digits with toe transplantation. Methods: The experience in nursing 494 cases of toe transplantation with 561 toes was reviewed. Result: All the cases of reconstruction of digits from toes succeeded.Conclusion: Psychological advice, careful preparation, management of emergency and functional training were essential to the success of toe transplantation for reconstructed digits.
