输注华蟾素致静脉损伤的防治

摘　　要：目的观察654-2注射液预防华蟾素所致静脉损伤的疗效。方法将86例接受华蟾素治疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组，向莫菲氏管加入654-2注射液；对照组，局部热敷。结果实验组无1例出现静脉损伤症状；对照组中不同程度地出现输液不畅，静脉变成索状、质变硬共10例（占25％），穿刺局部疼痛8例（占20％），经统计学处理，两者差异非常显著。结论使用654-2注射液预防华蟾素所致静脉损伤简便有效。Objective: To study the treatment of phlebitis caused by vein infusion of cinobufacini with injection 654-2. Method: A total of 86 cases treated with cinobufacini was randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was administered injection 654-2. The control group with heating therapy. Result: No phlebitis occurred in all of 46 cases in the treatment group. There was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusion:Injection 654-2 is a simple and effective way to treat phlebitis caused by cinobufacini.
