摘 要:研究不同饲料锌对大鼠重型液压脑损伤后营养状态的影响。大鼠伤后21d每两天测1次体重,伤后第3、10、ZId心脏取血同血清锌、铜浓度和血清总蛋白和白蛋白浓度。实验结果发现:与低锌组饲料喂养大鼠比较,中锌组和高锌组问法能显著改善机体的营养状态,体重增加高于低锌组,血清总蛋白、白蛋白都不同程度高于低锌组,并且有饲料含锌量越高,作重、血清总蛋白、白蛋白增高越明显的趋势。In this study,the authors observed the changes of serum zinc and copper concentrationsand the effect of dietary zinc supplement on nutritional status in severe head injuried rats. The ratswere injuried by a fluid-percussion model. Body weight was evaluated every other day,and totalserum protein and albumin concentrations were measured on day 3' lO and 2l after injury. Theresults showed that high dietary zinc supplement could improve the nutritional status and decreasediarrhea rate, thus the increasing body weight. Total serum protein and albumin concentrationswere highest in high zinc supplement group and higher in the middle zinc supplement group, incomparison with the low zinc supplement group.
