对心肌梗死患者开展健康教育的效应

摘　　要：健康教育是整体护理的重要组成部分，它通过有计划、有目的、有评价的教育活动，对改变患者的卫生习惯及建立健康意识起到了积极的促进作用。作者通过对37例心肌梗死患者开展健康教育，作者认为健康教育一能满足患者的健康需求；二可转变护士职能，提高业务素质；三体现预防为主原则，促进疾病康复；四加强了护士心理护理技艺，从而达到预防、治疗疾病，促进健康的目的。Health education is one of the important parts of nursing interventions' A well-conceived and purposeful health education has an active effect in changing the patients' hygiene habits and builting up their health sense- Health education was given to 37 patients with myocardial infarction.The results showed that health education might satisfy the patients' health needs,improve the psychological skills of the nurses, promoting the recovery of the patients and thus facilitate the prevention and treatment of the disease.
