摘  要:研究了小麦品种苏麦3号(抗病)和凡_6(感病)穗部受赤霉病菌(Fusariumgraminearum)侵染后,病穗的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性,木质素,和酚类物质含最的变化特点。结果表明,小麦抗、感赤霉病品种受侵染后,PAL酶活均升高,但在受侵染的前中期,抗病品种苏麦3号病穗中的PAL酶活增加速度高于感病品种凡_6。木质素在病穗和健德颖壳内的含量均表现为抗病的苏麦高于感病凡6,其含量随接种后日数增加而增加。酚类物质含量在抗、感品种的颖壳内,均表现为病穗高于健穗,但抗、感病品种之间的差异主要表现在增长速度不同。因此,从侵染的前中期,抗病苏麦病穗中的PAL酶活和酚类含量增加速度稍快于感病的凡6这一特点,可以认为它们在侵染的早期对抗病起着一定作用。而木质素的含量则与小麦品种抗赤霉病呈正相关。After the wheat heads of resiStant Sumae 3 and susceptible Fan6 were inoculated with conidia of F. graminearum at the late flowering stage, the increase in activity of PAL and the contents of lingnin and the total peenos compound in infected heads were followed. The PAL activities were higher in healthy and inoculated heads of susceptible Fan6 than in resistant Sumei3, but in the early—middle infectiod stages (before symptom occurring), the PAL activities increased faster in Sumei3 than in Fan6. In the middle—late infection stages(after symptom occurring), susceptible Fan6 showed much higher PAL activity than resistant Sumei3. The contents of lingnin were highre in healthy and inoculated glumes of Sumei3 in those of Fan6. The total phenol compound accumulated slightly faster in Sumei3 than in Fan6. The fast increases in the PAL activity and the total phenol compound in early infection stageas well as higher lignin content seened tlo be involve in the resistance of Sumei3 to F. graminearum.
