摘　　要：808例次尸体肾移植中发生感染180次,感染死亡率19.4%.其中应用传统免疫抑制剂的病人较使用以环孢素为主的三联疗法感染发生率及死亡率更高.感染的部位以肺部最常见,感染最常见的是病毒.本文对某些感染的诊断及处理作了讨论.180 infections appeared in 808 cadaveric renal transplantations and the mortality was 19.4%. the morbidity and mortality was higher in recipient with the traditional immunossuppresive drug than cyclosporine A. the infection of lung was most and virus was most usual pathogen. Some out those infection may be suicidal for the recipient. The article discussed the diagnosis and treatment of some specific infections.
